This local Casper company imports over 42 varieties of the finest imported Extra Virgin Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars from both the Northern and Southern Hemisphere. The Vita Sans olives are grown and pressed by small artisans and farmers from around the world, Balsamic Vinegars are harvested in Modena, Italy, and imported to their store in Casper where they are bottled on the premises on a taste first, bottle to order, basis.
