Donells Candies was started in 1956 by Don and Elma Stepp and remains Wyoming’s premier confectionery. Specializing in handcrafted chocolates, ice cream. popcorn and gifts, straight from downtown Casper, in the heart of Wyoming. It continues to be owned and operated by the family of three generations of confectioners, using many of Don’s original recipes and the finest fresh ingredients.
